1. Who we are

Crypto Snake is operated by MB360GAME (contact: mb360.game@gmail.com). The platform is a skill-based competition service where players wager USDC stablecoin on the outcome of 1v1 snake games.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
You must not be located in or a resident of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, China, or any territory where skill-based gaming with monetary prizes is restricted or prohibited.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Nature of the service — skill game, not gambling

Crypto Snake is a game of skill. The outcome of each match is determined entirely by the players' ability to control their snake. There is no element of chance. The player with the highest score wins.

This platform is not a gambling service under most jurisdictions that define gambling as a game of chance. However, you are responsible for verifying the legality of participation in your jurisdiction before playing.

4. How it works

Players deposit USDC (a US Dollar stablecoin) into a non-custodial smart contract vault on the Polygon blockchain.
An entry fee is deducted from both players' vault balances when a match begins.
The winner receives 98% of the total prize pool. The platform retains 2% as a service fee.
Players may withdraw their remaining vault balance at any time.

5. Smart contract risks

The platform uses smart contracts on the Polygon blockchain. By participating you acknowledge:

Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Funds could be lost in the event of an exploit.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. There is no chargeback mechanism.
The value of USDC is pegged to the US Dollar but may deviate in extreme market conditions.
Network congestion or outages may delay transactions.

6. Fair play

The use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to play is strictly prohibited.
Collusion between players is prohibited.
Violation of fair-play rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of vault balance.

7. Platform fee and taxes

The platform retains a 2% fee from each match prize pool. This fee covers operating costs and oracle transaction fees.

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction.

We recommend setting personal deposit limits and taking regular breaks. A self-exclusion feature is planned for a future update.

9. Limitation of liability

MB360GAME shall not be liable for any losses arising from: smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network failures, incorrect wallet addresses provided by users, or any indirect or consequential damages.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
