Your progress is linked to your account (Google or Apple). Make sure to sign in with the same account you used before. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll manually restore your data.

SnakeCoins are earned by completing campaign levels. The better your performance (Bronze, Silver, Gold medal), the more coins you receive. You can spend them in the Shop to unlock new skins and bonuses.

Your ELO rating updates after every multiplayer match. Winning against higher-ranked opponents earns you more points. Losing costs fewer points when facing stronger players. The global leaderboard shows the top 50 players.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, close the app fully and reopen it. Multiplayer requires a real-time connection — Wi-Fi is recommended for the best experience.

The Apex skin is a special reward for players who complete a level run from level 1 without using any bonuses. Keep your streak clean and the skin unlocks automatically upon completion.

Solo mode and Campaign mode can be played offline once the app is loaded. Multiplayer and leaderboard features require an internet connection.

To request account deletion and removal of your personal data, send us an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We'll process it within 7 days.
